And the nominies are....

Today, the nominee list for the oscars was made public. 'The Return of the King' is nominated for 11 oscars: Art Direction, Costume Design, Film Editing, Makeup, Music (Score), Music (Song), Sound, Visual Effects, Writing (Adapted Screenplay) and the two most important nominations: Best Picture and Directing. The oscars will be presented on the 29th of February, so we just have to wait, hope and pray.
The complete nominee list can be found here. I am also very enthusiastic about the nomination for Johnny Depp for his portrayel of Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean. It's his first Academy Award nomination and he absolutely deserves to win, because the part was incredible.
