The Dental Surgeon (part 2)

Yesterday I had my last two wisdom teeth (on the right side of my mouth) removed. The removal itself was just as quick as it was last time. It only hurt a bit more, because the dental surgeon really had to struggle to get them out. Untill now the pain isn’t that bad at all, but I’m afraid it will kick in later, like last time. In my experience the actual removal-day isn’t the worst day. That one comes later, and I’m anxiously waiting for it. But at least now I have all my wisdom teeth removed and they will never give me any trouble again. Still haven’t gotten used to getting up so early, though…

I’m going to Rock Werchter in Belgium this year, together with my brother. It’s a four day-festival from the first to the fourth of July. I don’t know if I will survive, or how I will survive, but I’m going! My brother and I both agreed that if we wanted to go to a festival one of these years we had to go to Werchter this year. The line-up is incredible, especially if you compare it to the line-up of Pinkpop. Just to give you an impression of the bands that are coming, here are some names that will be there: Michael Franti & Spearhead; The Cure; Basement Jaxx; Cypress Hill; Dropkick Murphys; Korn; Metallica; Kosheen; Nelly Furtado; The Black Eyed Peas; Wu-Tang Clan; Moloko; Zero 7; Joss Stone; Lenny Kravitz; Muse; Danko Jones; Lamb; PJ Harvey; Placebo; David Bowie; N*E*R*D; Air. And that’s not even half of the acts that are performing on Werchter this year. I’m really looking forward to it, and hopefully it will all turn out well.

Last but not least I would like to give you the link to an incredible website, where you can download free ms-dos games. It’s amazing how many older games you can choose from and it was a very nostalgic experience coming across games like Brix, Populous, Epic Pinball, Prehistoric, Crystal Caves (CC1), various Keens, Duke Nukem 1, Ski or Die, Sky Roads, Sim City, Tom & Yerry and Ugh again. I’ve played these games for ages during a long forgotten past and it’s a lot of fun to play them again now. Check it out! http://freegamesonly.narod.ru/
